| We stayed in a West Meadows Suites. Our suite was spacious and clean and had a very romantic feel to it. The shower had a his and hers shower head and there was a hot tub in the patio. The setting in the property has always been very peaceful and relaxing. |

| I arrived at lava hot springs inn on friday at noon it was just me and my girl friend. i paid for a two day stay being told the rooms are nice and theres nothing to worry about. i got to my room finding out it was the size of a closet. no phone,tv, and no air conditioner. |
